H-E-B worker, who died Sunday after a medical episode at work, identified

SAN ANTONIO – An H-E-B warehouse worker, who died Sunday following a medical episode at work, has been identified.

Police identified the worker as 27-year-old Teresa Dominguez.

H-E-B’s statement differs from the police report, which indicates that Dominguez was found unconscious inside a freezer and may have been injured by a forklift.

She was rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

H-E-B released a statement on this incident:
