San Antonio police are asking for the public’s help finding a 16-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a month.
Kristy Rose Still was last seen Feb. 24 in the 4000 block of Rigsby Avenue on the East Side, San Antonio police said.
She remained missing as of Wednesday, police confirmed. She has a medical condition, but police did not elaborate on what it is.
Still is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 118 pounds. She has hazel eyes, a light complexion, a nose piercing, pierced ears and a scar under her right eye. Police said she had straight, mid-back-length hair dyed red when she was last seen.
She was wearing a black spaghetti-strap shirt, pink-and-black Hello Kitty pajama pants and black Juicy Couture slides with rhinestones, and was carrying a red suitcase prior to her disappearance.
Anyone who has seen Still or knows where she may be is asked to contact the San Antonio Police Department’s Missing Person Unit at 210-207-7660.
Under Texas law, a person can be charged with harboring a runaway child if they knowingly provide shelter to a minor while being criminally negligent about whether the child is under 18 and whether the child left home without a parent or guardian’s consent for a substantial time without intending to return.
The offense is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $4,000.
