An early morning 18-wheeler crash and diesel spill has shut down lanes along Interstate 30 at the US-287 ramp in Fort Worth on Thursday, officials said.

Fort Worth police said hazmat has been notified. 

Officials have not said what led to the crash or whether anyone was injured.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area; delays are possible as cleanup efforts continue.
