A rideshare company is gearing up to take advantage of increased demand during the World Cup in North Texas.

Alto, which launched in 2019, is preparing for a busy summer in Dallas as fans travel to and from matches. The company says it is focusing on providing a clean, safe and high-quality passenger experience.

As part of that effort, Alto is rolling out an all-electric fleet in Dallas just in time for the games, aiming to offer quieter and more efficient rides.

A company representative said the new fleet is a key part of that strategy.

“We’re really excited about our all-electric fleet in Dallas. Super quiet and super efficient,” said Co-founder and CEO Will Coleman.

Alto is also offering a pre-scheduling feature, allowing riders to book trips in advance to help ensure they can secure a ride home after matches.
