SAN ANTONIO – Three people were arrested and several others cited after authorities uncovered dozens of gambling machines during a raid at a North Side location.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, the search warrant was carried out around 2:20 p.m. on March 31 at a property in the 400 block of West Hildebrand Avenue.

Officials say 11 individuals were identified at the scene. Eight were detained and issued citations, while three were taken into custody.

Those arrested were identified as Anthony Vera, 51; Alissa Arenas, 23; and Kambry Ybarra, 27.

They face charges including gambling promotion, possession of gambling devices or equipment, and engaging in organized crime.
