LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) – A Lufkin man is being featured by Texas DPS in April in an attempt to locate him.
JeCarlos Leroy Lee Mark, 40, has been wanted by Lufkin Police Department since December 2025, for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. There is a $4,000 reward being offered for a tip leading to his arrest during the month of April.
Another warrant for his arrest was also issued out of Angelina County on March 27, 2026, for failure to appear (possession of a controlled substance).
In 2003, Mark was arrested for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old child and was later sentenced to serve seven years for the crime. He also has past convictions for engaging in organized criminal activity and manufacture/delivery of controlled substances. Mark was discharged from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) in May 2021.
Mark is six feet, two inches tall and weighs about 240 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his neck, chest, stomach, and both arms and legs.
