SAN ANTONIO – An innocent bystander was hospitalized after being caught in the crossfire during a shootout between two groups in front of a West Side convenience store.
This happened around 10 p.m. Thursday in front of the El Paso Food Mart on El Paso Street near Guadalupe.
Police said two groups were arguing outside the store when both groups pulled guns and shots rang out. The 34-year-old man was shot in the arm.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
