Missing West Side juvenile with medical condition sought by authorities

SAN ANTONIO – Authorities are searching for a missing juvenile who went missing Thursday night from the West Side.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said Adrianna Meeks was last seen leaving her house around 7 p.m. off Legend Heights near Texas 211 without permission. Her parents said she has a medical condition that needs immediate attention.

Adrianna was last seen wearing a black shirt, black bottoms with “Ghost Face” print, and a gray hoodie.
