EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 24-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly fired a gun into the air on consecutive days this week in Northeast El Paso.
Police said they have arrested Daniel Evan Reinert, 24. He is charged with two counts of deadly conduct/discharge of a firearm with a total bond of $10,000, El Paso Police said.
Just before 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, officers responded to the 3100 block of Titanic on a report of shots being fired.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on Reinert, they said. During the investigation, they found “handguns and ammunition inside the vehicle,” police said. They did not say how many guns were found.
Reinert reportedly told police that he had shot in the air that day as well as the previous day.
