TODAY
We’ve already seen light activity on radar throughout the morning and early afternoon hours. As we push into the evening we could see some isolated stronger storms develop with some approaching severe status. These will likely be east of Lubbock over the Caprock.
Once those die down this evening, we’ll get a break until we head towards the late evening and overnight hours tonight.
TONIGHT

NEXT WEEK
An active night will give way to a quiet Easter weekend. More rain is possible again next week.(Dylan Smith)
Next week isn’t showing signs of any major changes to the forecast outside of a decent warm up by mid to late-week. We are eyeing some chances of rain Tuesday and Thursday for now but generally it’s a quiet forecast outside of what we have overnight tonight.
