Specific amenities and property features include indoor and outdoor pools, a sports court, landscaped grounds, a wine gallery, movie theater, home gym and spa-style bathroom detailing, Compass Real Estate’s property listing noted online.

Alongside its buzzy on-site elements and architectural elements, a notable North Texas figure previously built and owned the castle-like mansion: Bob Simpson, a businessman and co-chairman of the Texas Rangers MLB team. He worked with luxury homebuilder J. Lambert Custom Homes to construct the home, which was built back in 2006. He later sold the property to its current owner back in 2021.
