SAN ANTONIO – An Endangered Missing Alert has been issued for a missing teenager by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
17-year-old Carlos Ruvalcaba was last seen at 12 a.m. on Monday morning, near the corner of Vance Jackson Road and Jackson Keller Road.
According to the Texas DPS, Ruvalcaba stands approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt and reportedly has an intellectual disability.
