A man was killed early Tuesday in a Garland shooting, police said.
Officers were called to the 1400 block of Melrose Street at 4:45 a.m. on a disturbance call when they saw the man, Garland police said in a news release.
The man was found with a gunshot wound in front of a residence, police said. He was taken to a hospital and later died.
Investigators believe multiple suspects may have been involved in the shooting, police said. The shooting is suspected to be related to an “ongoing dispute between individuals that live outside of Garland,” police said.
