Power outages hit thousands in Horizon, Sparks, Fabens, and Clint areas

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Power has been restored to Horizon, Sparks, Fabens, and parts of Clint.

The El Paso Electric Company reported outages around 2 p.m. in Far East El Paso on Tuesday, April 7.

According to El Paso Electric, there were around 39 total outages that affected over 38,000 customers.

KTSM reached out to El Paso Electric for more information, but has not received a response.
