Area residents will soon have a new spot to grab a cup of coffee and small bites in Hutto.

BrewLAB is expected to hold a soft opening in Hutto later this month. Owned by Laureen Ballard, the shop will offer espresso, shaken espresso, cold brew, cocoa, matcha lattes and other coffee drinks. The business will also offer small food items, such as egg bites, croissants and sausage wraps.
Ballard said the shop’s soft opening will take place on weekends, running through the end of April, while a grand opening is schedule for Mother’s Day weekend on May 10.
