AUSTIN, Texas — A pedestrian was critically injured after being hit by a vehicle Wednesday night in East Austin.
According to Austin-Travis County EMS., the crash happened in the 7000 block of Manor Road around 9 p.m.

Medics declared a trauma activation for an adult patient, who was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries.
No additional details about what led to the crash have been released.
