A new beauty lounge offering blowouts, makeup and skincare services recently opened in River Oaks. Blushington is a New York-based brand known for its all-in-one approach to getting ready.
The River Oaks debut marks the brand’s first Houston location and third in the United States, according to a March 26 news release.

Located at 3601 Westheimer Road, the beauty lounge offers a full menu of signature services that include:

Beyond individual appointments, Blushington River Oaks will offer group beauty experiences and special event programming. The studio’s signature “Pretty Parties” allow guests to reserve the space for birthdays, bachelorette celebrations, girls’ nights and corporate gatherings, complete with makeup, hair and lash services in a private setting.
Blushington will also host Blush Up pop-up events throughout the year.
Meet the owner
The River Oaks location is owned and operated by Houston native Courtney Freels.
“Blushington isn’t just about beauty services—it’s about helping people feel confident, polished and ready for whatever the day brings,” Freels said. “I truly believe Houston will fall in love with the experience the same way I did, and I’m thrilled to play a role in bringing this special brand to such an amazing community.”

The store will be open Monday-Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday-Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments are encouraged.
