Weekend closures planned for the eastbound President George Bush Turnpike direct-connector ramp to southbound Interstate 35E in Carrollton have been postponed indefinitely, according to the North Texas Tollway Authority. 

The ramp was planned to close starting at 9 p.m. Friday and reopen at 5 a.m. Monday.  The closure is needed to perform routine maintenance. Signage and message boards will be posted to alert drivers of the closure.Â
