Heavy rain is falling southwest of the Houston-area Thursday.
A Flood Advisory has been issued for parts of Wharton County after a storm dropped close to four inches of rain in the area.
An additional 1-3 inches of rainfall is possible in this area as the cell slowly meanders in the area.
