AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Volleyball returns home for the first time this spring to host TCU on Saturday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at the Recreational Sports Center. Admission to Saturday’s match is free.

Fans are encouraged to purchase your parking in advance through UT Click and Park to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Limited concessions and the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop will also be on-site with items available for purchase. 

The Longhorns opened their spring slate in Houston at the FAST Tournament on March 28, competing in three matches against in-state competition, before returning to face Houston on April 4. Saturday’s contest marks Texas’ first home appearance of the spring as the team continues to build toward the 2026 season.

Two-time AVCA first-team All-American Torrey Stafford led the Longhorns in 2025 in kills (516), service aces (33) and points (580.5). She averaged 4.69 kills per set while hitting .360 across 30 matches and added 52 blocks, including a team-best 11 solo blocks. Stafford was also an AVCA National Player of the Year semifinalist.

Cari Spears earned AVCA third-team All-America honors as a freshman, finishing second on the team with 358 kills and averaging 3.25 kills per set while hitting .295. The Frisco native earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors five times during the season.

Both Stafford and Spears were named All-SEC first team in 2025. Spears also earned SEC All-Freshman Team recognition alongside Taylor Harvey and Abby Vander Wal.
