AUSTIN, Texas — This weekend, runners will lace up for the Austin American-Statesman’s 49th annual Cap10k, meaning there will be road closures to look out for downtown.

Though the race starts Sunday, road closures begin as soon as Saturday morning.

Here’s what you need to know.

Closures:

April 11 – April 12

South Congress Avenue closed from Cesar Chavez Street to Riverside Drive from April 11 at 4 p.m. to April 12 at 12 p.m.
West Riverside Drive from South 1st Street to Lee Barton Drive from April 11 at 8 p.m. to April 12 at 3 p.m.
Westbound lanes of Riverside Drive closed on April 11 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

April 12

Barton Springs Road closed from South Congress Avenue to East Riverside Drive on April 12 from 2 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Congress Avenue from Cesar Chavez Street to 11th Street on April 12 from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Trinity Street from 12th Street to 15th Street on April 12 from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.
15th Street from Trinity Street to Enfield Road on April 12 from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Enfield Road from Winstead Lane to West 15th Street on April 12 from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Winstead Lane from Atlanta Street to Enfield Road on April 12 from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Atlanta Street from Winstead Lane to Veteran Drive on April 12 from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Westbound ramp to Lake Austin Boulevard closed on April 12 from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Eastbound ramps to Cesar Chavez Street closed on April 12 from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Veterans Drive and Stephen F. Austin Drive on April 12 from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m.
West Cesar Chavez Street from Stephen F. Austin Drive to Guadalupe Street on April 12 from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m.
South 1st Street southbound lanes closed from Cesar Chavez Street to Riverside Drive on April 12 from 3 a.m. to 12 p.m.
