A pedestrian was killed and a driver was arrested after an early-morning accident Friday in Fort Worth, according to online police records.

Police responded to the scene in the 8600 block of Camp Bowie West Boulevard at around 6:25 a.m. Friday.

Roger Fernandez, 36, was arrested and charged with collision involving death. The victim was not identified in online police records.

Further details about the circumstances of the crash were not immediately available Friday evening.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the victim once family has been notified.
