TCU and Texas Tech will face each other on Thanksgiving Day this year in Lubbock, the Big 12 Conference announced Friday.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Add an all-Texas football matchup to your Turkey Day menu. 

TCU will face Texas Tech in Lubbock on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26, the Big 12 Conference announced on Friday.

This is the first time TCU has played on Thanksgiving since 2012, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. TCU upset Texas 20-13 in Austin. 

The Big 12 released a list on Friday of all the conference games to be played on a weekday. TCU will also face Arizona on a weekday, Friday, Nov. 6.

Friday, Sept. 18 – Houston at Texas Tech
Friday, Oct. 9 – Iowa State at BYU
Friday, Oct. 30 – Baylor at UCF

Friday, Nov. 20 – Iowa State at UCF
Thursday, Nov. 26 – TCU at Texas Tech
