HOUSTON — Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards could be back on the court Friday night when Minnesota takes on Houston.

The four-time All-Star was listed as questionable as he continues to battle back from a nagging knee injury that has limited him to just two games since an MRI revealed inflammation in his right knee in mid-March. While Edwards won’t be eligible for All-NBA consideration, he’s still in the midst of one of the best offensive seasons of his career.

Edwards is on a career-best pace for scoring (28.9 points per game), while shooting 39.8% from beyond the arc — also a career-best. The Wolves have clinched a spot in the playoffs, but they’ve lost four of their last five, including one with Edwards on the court.

The Wolves (47-33) beat the Rockets (51-29) 110-108 back on March 25 after Julius Randle hit a go-ahead jumper with 8.8 seconds left in overtime. Randle, Bones Hyland and Ayo Dosunmu are also listed as questionable for Friday, while Rudy Gobert will sit out for rest.

The game is scheduled to tip off at 8:30 p.m. and will be aired on KARE 11.Â
