FORT WORTH, Texas, April 11, 2026–Becky Moody and her home-bred Jagerbomb captured the 2026 dressage World Cup Saturday the first time in the annual championship.

The British rider and her 12-year-old gelding were awarded a personal best 88.830% for their Grand Prix Freestyle performance to the tumultuous acclaim of 6,000 spectators in this city of cowboys, cattle, Tex-Mex and high school football.

Christian Simonson, the 23-year-old American who was competing in his first senior championship, was reserve on Indian Rock on a score of 83.810%, also a personal best. He received resounding applause from the home country crowd that were witnessing World Cup Finals in dressage and jumping for the first time in Fort Worth.

Poland’s Sandra Sysojeva on the 10-year-old Maxima Bella, youngest horse in the competition and her second Final, placed third on 80.770%.
