SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man accused of having child porn and bestiality on a device is facing multiple charges after two recent arrests.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, Aurelio Benjamin Cerella, 47, was arrested and charged with one count of online solicitation of a minor who was actually a detective with the agency’s Human Exploitation Unit. Police say Cerella thought the contact was a 16-year-old girl.

Two days after his arrest on March 25, investigators say Cerella bonded out, but he was arrested again Friday.

With a search warrant in hand, BCSO searched Cerella’s cell phone. Investigators say child sexual abuse images and pictures of bestiality were uncovered. Cerella was then charged with possession of child sexual abuse images, a third-degree felony, possession of child sexual abuse images involving a child under 10 years of age, a second-degree felony, and bestiality, which is reportedly a state jail felony.

It is believed the images were downloaded by Cerella, as opposed to created by him.
