Concerts, festivals, fundraisers and more are lined up for Pflugerville, Hutto and the surrounding area. Check out this list of 17 events.

Boots & Roots

The Pflugerville Education Foundation’s Boots & Roots Celebration will feature a silent auction, interactive photobooth, reception, live entertainment and special recognition honoring the nonprofit organization’s 20th anniversary. Proceeds from the event will go to support the nonprofit’s mission.

Cornhole Tournament

A cornhole tournament will be held at Cottonwood Creek Brewery, benefiting the Chris Branham Memorial Foundation, which honors the life of a Round Rock resident. Proceeds raised will benefit local youth baseball and also high school graduates planning to attend trade schools. The event will include cash prizes to 1st and 2nd place, raffle prizes and happy hour pricing at the brewery.

Spring Movie in the Park

The Hutto Parks and Recreation Department will host a screening of “Zootopia 2” at Adam Orgain Park. The public is invited to bring blankets or low-back chairs, and Tiff’s Treats will be on hand with cookies available for purchase on site.

Blind date with a book

The Story Emporium & Bookshop will host a swap of gently used books. Participants can bring one book, wrapped in paper and labeled with a few clues about its genre, content and tropes, and exchange it for another.

27th annual Red Poppy Festival

Georgetown’s annual festival celebrates the city’s famous flowers by bringing the community together for live performances, local vendors, parades and kid-friendly activities.

Slice of Pflugerville

Slice of Pflugerville takes place in the downtown area, featuring live music, dishes from a variety of cuisines and local vendors offering handmade goods. This year’s headliner for the festival is Sister Sledge featuring Sledgendary, known for the group’s hit songs like “We Are Family,” “He’s the Greatest Dancer” and “Thinking of You.” The group will perform on the main stage from 4:30-6 p.m.

The Hutto Women’s Alliance will host its annual 5K fundraising event, meant to help provide Hutto High School seniors with scholarships. The race will take place at Adam Orgain Park, suitable for both runners and those who choose to walk. Top finishers will receive placement medals and special recognition.

Children’s Day Celebration / Dia Del Nino

The city of Hutto is inviting the community out to Adam Orgain Park meant to promote literacy and ensure children feel safe and protected in the community. The family friendly event will be open to all ages and include storytime, a bouncy house, games, prizes, a demonstration by a city of Hutto K9, face painting, a petting zoo, music, food and more.

Crawfish Boil & Spring Outdoor Market

Spirit of Texas Brewstillery will host a crawfish boil and spring market, featuring live music by Fun Gus & the Shrooms. Handmade items by local vendors and pulled pork sandwiches will also be available for purchase.

8th Annual Round Rock Donut Dash

The Donut Dash through Downtown Round Rock challenges contestants to run a 5K, eat a dozen doughnuts and finish the race in under an hour. Participants may also run and eat on their own time.

Enchanted Pforest Renaissance Pfair

Hanovers in Pflugerville will host a renaissance fair featuring games, live performances, costume contests and a market with unique artisan vendors.

Pugs on the Patio

Cottonwood Creek Brewery will host an event dedicated to pug breeds. Along with the opportunity to meet adoptable dogs, a portion of beer purchases will benefit Pug Rescue of Austin.

Spring Book Fair

All ages are invited to visit the Pflugerville Public LIbrary for a Scholastic Book Fair. The fair is an opportunity for young readers to stock up on their Summer Reading books. The fair, proceeds from which will benefit the library, will run from May 22-29.

ATX Eid Fest ‘26

Families, friends and neighbors are invited to Adam Orgain Park to celebrate Eid. The event will feature carnival rides, a shopping bazaar, halal food, cultural exhibits and live entertainment.

11th annual Maker Pfest

The event includes demonstrations of a laser cutter and 3D printer, and hands-on activities such as screen printing, bookbinding and other crafts.

2026 Catfish Derby Day

The ponds at Adam Orgain Park will be stocked with 2,000 catfish for the derby day. Anglers of all ages are welcome, with adult supervision required for children. The Hutto Parks and Recreation Department encourages catch-and-release to help maintain a healthy fish population, but those opting to keep their catch must follow Texas Parks and Wildlife Department regulations.

2026 H-Town Throwdown

Predominant Houston rappers will before at the Round Rock Amp, with a lineup featuring Bun B, Z-Ro, Mike Jones, Lil’ Flip and Lil’ Keke.
