EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso is getting its first Slim Chickens restaurant, with a grand opening next Tuesday in far east El Paso.
The restaurant is located at 3152 N Zaragoza Rd.
It will open on April 21.
The opening marks the brand’s first in the city and will be led by operator Derrik Williams, who has spent the last several years building Slim Chickens locations in nearby New Mexico before expanding into El Paso.
Organizers said the new restaurant is expected to bring roughly 85 new jobs to the area.
