LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Cities and schools around the South Plains will have elections Saturday, May 2. Early voting runs April 20 through 28.
Today, James Eppler spoke with Pat Kelly, who is on the ballot for the upcoming election for Lubbock City Council, District 1.
