EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Police returned the stolen money and arrested three men suspected of following and robbing a man in East El Paso after he withdrew money from a bank.

According to the El Paso Police Department, Rickey Lee Wilson, 38, Herman Lee Brown Knowles III, 37, and Bryan Carnious Feilding, 34, were arrested Friday after investigators believed they followed a man who visited a bank and then burglarized his parked car to steal the money he withdrew.

Police said the vehicle was burglarized on the 10700 block of Gateway Boulevard West, near the Walmart on N. Yarbrough Dr.

Officers said the victim told them he withdrew $3,750 from a bank and placed it in the center console of his vehicle while he visited a store, adding that when he returned, he discovered the cash was missing.

Police said investigators learned the suspects allegedly followed the victim from the bank to the store to rob him, in a practice that is commonly called “jugging.”
