Check out nine events happening this spring in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake.
1. Earth Day Information
Meet with members of local community groups, including the Colleyville Library, Colleyville Garden Club, North Texas Bee Keeping, Colleyville Recreation Center and the Tarrant County Master Garden Association. Visitors can enjoy crafts and a complimentary treat from Muu & Luu’s Ice Cream Truck.
2. Art in the Square
This three-day fine arts festival will feature two stages with entertainment, a bistro walk with food and drinks, a fun zone for teens and a younger children’s area. All proceeds from this event are donated to local charities benefiting women, children and families.

Visit the Colleyville Center and buy some plants, including perennials, annuals and those grown in the yards of Colleyville Garden Club members. Tarrant County Master Gardeners and Colleyville Garden Club members will be able to answer any questions. Proceeds from the plant sale will go toward projects promoting community beautification, youth gardening and club service at nursing homes.
4. Colleyville Car Show
Explore cars at the annual car show and enjoy music and food. Children can decorate their bikes and scooters for a bike parade, and judges will declare the best-decorated bike or scooter as the winner.
5. Texas Junior Anglers
Grab a fishing pole and bait and head to the Colleyville Nature Center to catch some fish. Prizes will be awarded for catches for children 16 and under. Fishing poles and bait will be available as needed.
6. Grapevine Main LIVE!
Kick off Grapevine’s eight-week spring music series with Champagne Yacht Club playing 1970s and ’80s yacht rock music. Concerts will occur every Friday and Saturday through June 27 and feature a different live band each weekend.

The outdoor community music festival will have live music from Lindsey Kate, Chicago Tribute Band, Chasing Texas, and Sugar The Band – Yacht Rock Tribute Band. Attendees can also participate in the silent auction and eat food from 1956 Pizza and Feedstore BBQ. Children under 3 can enter for free. The event benefits Amy’s Wish With Wings, a nonprofit that provides equine therapy for children.

See live music and entertainment on three stages, a carnival midway, local boutiques, galleries, vendors and a craft brew garden at this three-day festival.
9. Radiant & Red | Diamond League Luncheon
Enjoy champagne, coffee and a catered lunch while listening to guest speaker Rachel Kerr Schneider, author of “The Widow Chose Red.” Guests are encouraged to wear red.
