There are several changes in recent weeks with tenants in the Mockingbird Station development.
After seven years, Colorado-based Rush Bowls, which opened in late summer of 2018, closed in late September. The Field Street location near the Perot Museum also closed this fall. The Mockingbird Lane and Field Street locations’ social media pages have been taken down. There’s one Rush Bowls left in the city of Dallas, located in Casa Linda.
Perrault Dallas, a specialty liquor shop that opened in December 2022, moved from their space between Woodhouse Spa and Fit Social Club and reopened in the space formerly occupied by boxing studio 9Round Fitness.
Top Fitness Store, which is currently located next to the Dallas Grilled Cheese Co., will be moving into the Perrault space.
