The zoo’s annual after-hours food fest, Feast with the Beasts, brings together dozens of Houston restaurants, plus cocktails, beer and live entertainment throughout the grounds. A highlight is the 7:15 p.m. chef panel hosted by Eric Sandler featuring Tristen Epps-Long, Michelle Wallace, Henry Lu and Jaspratap Bindra, plus cooking demos across multiple stages. Hosted by Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Family Alliance’s young professionals group, this all-inclusive margarita competition lets guests sip, sample and vote as local spots compete for Best Margarita. Expect a DJ, silent auction, photo booth, tequila tasting station and light bites alongside the pours. Doors open at noon (12:30 p.m. for general admission), with voting closing at 3:30 p.m. and an awards ceremony at 4 p.m. Proceeds support families of children with cancer.

Pepsi Eats Fest Houston will take over Around The Corner and Leeland House for a one-night tasting event featuring free bites and menu items under $6. The event will be held on the shared patio and includes DJ sets, limited free items like bbq sliders and chicken tenders, and Pepsi-infused cocktails.
