SAN ANTONIO – A person is dead after being hit by a vehicle early Friday morning along a North Side highway, according to police.
The deadly accident happened just before 4:30 a.m. along U.S. Highway 281 and Josephine Street.
Police said the unidentified woman was struck when she walked in front of an oncoming vehicle.
She was pronounced dead on the scene.
