SAN ANTONIO – The “Win Together” campaign held its final rally at the Pearl, aiming to gather support for Propositions A and B.
These propositions would fund a new Spurs arena downtown and transform the area around the Frost Bank Center into a year-round stock show and rodeo district. Supporters of the propositions expressed optimism as early voting is set to end Friday.
