SAN ANTONIO — The medical examiner has identified the woman whose body was found burned off the Leon Creek Greenway last week.
The woman was identified as 27-year-old Tatianna Flores, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Officers were called to the Prue Trailhead just before 9 a.m. on April 10 for a reported fire.
Police said a couple of hikers noticed some fire and smoke and went to investigate. That’s when they saw a body and immediately called police.

First responders quickly rushed to the scene, and firefighters put out the flames. Flores pronounced dead at the scene.
The San Antonio Police Department said they are investigating the death as a suicide however the medical examiner has not yet ruled on Flores’ cause and manner of death.
