Dallas Bernard Gore, 88, passed from his earthly life Friday, April 17, 2026 at his home with love and family surrounding him.
He was born October 1, 1937 in Wilmington the son of Albert Gore and Winora Kelly Gore. In addition to his parents Dallas was preceded in death by his siblings, Florence Watkins, Leola Smith, Albert “Buddy” Brady Gore, Ervin Gore, Pauline Stewart, and Joyce Kelly.
Dallas is survived by his loving wife, Judy Ellen Woodcock Gore; children, Tammy Gore Fadel (David), Deborah Gore Merritt (Brandon), Craig Gore, and Kevin Gore (Janella); twelve grandchildren; and many great grandchildren; sisters, Ann Bell Daniels and Annette Robinson; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Dallas served his country honorably in the US Army. After working many years Dallas retired from GE Aerospace in Wilmington.
At a later date a graveside service will be held at Woodcock Cemetery to honor the life of Dallas.
