El Paso Fire Department responded to early morning fire in vacant building

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Fire Department responded to a fire in Central El Paso early Monday morning, April 20.

Fire officials reported that crews were dispatched to a vacant apartment building located at the 1000 block of East Yandel around 6:20 a.m.

Officials stated that the 21 units were at the scene and the fire was under control at 7:04 a.m.

No injuries or transports reported.

Fire investigators are at the scene.
