Clemson on Monday night received a commitment from 6-7 guard Liutauras Lelevicius of TCU, the third free agent pickup for Brad Brownell since the portal opened on April 7.
Lelevicius is a native of Lithuania who began his career at Oregon State, and he also played for the Lithuanian national team.
Last season for TCU, he started in 22 games and averaged 8 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. He shot 38 percent from 3-point range, but 45 percent in Big 12 games. He made his first 26 free throws of the season, and he led the team with an 88.7 percent mark from the line.
Lelevicius played two years of pro ball in Lithuania and thus was identified as a redshirt sophomore when he played his first season of college ball at Oregon State. That would leave him one season to play with Clemson.
