Dallas police raided a warehouse in northwest Dallas on April 17, detaining 48 people, seizing large quantities of drugs, and arresting two men, according to the department.

The raid took place in the 2500 block of Manana Drive as part of the Dallas Police Department’s Safe Streets initiative, which targets human trafficking and prostitution across the city.

Police said detectives with the Special Investigations Division identified the business as an unlicensed sexually oriented business. Investigators determined that patrons could pay a cover fee to enter the warehouse and engage in sexual contact, which police said violates the City of Dallas’ sexually oriented business ordinance.

During the search, officers seized 227 grams of marijuana, 671 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and 11,034.7 grams of THC hash oil, police said.

Vice detectives also recovered more than $11,000 in cash, multiple computers, hard drives and other electronics, pleasure devices, and a cargo van that investigators believe was used in the production of pornography.

Police arrested 53-year-old Israel Luna and 42-year-old Marc Tuton.

According to Dallas police, Luna faces charges of possession of a controlled substance over 400 grams, a first-degree felony; promotion of prostitution, a third-degree felony; possession of marijuana between four ounces and five pounds, a state jail felony; and operating a sexually oriented business without a license, a Class A misdemeanor.

Police said Tuton was charged with operating a sexually oriented business without a license.

The other individuals detained during the search were released at the scene and were not charged, according to police.

“The Dallas Police Department is committed to enforcing all laws and ordinances related to prostitution, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation to keep everyone safe in Dallas,” the department said in a public statement.

Police said the investigation is documented under case number 049524-2026.
