A Lubbock restaurant known for its K Dogs, bubble teas, and bubble waffles is now for sale, according to a post in “Restaurants For Sale By Owner” on Facebook. Dreamers Bistro (1001 University) appears to still be in operation during the possible transition, so if you have a craving for a fun Asian snack, you should still visit.

Details About Dreamers Bistro For Sale

According to the post, Dreamer’s Bistro has been open for 4 years and has built in traffic from the apartments it shares a building with. Rent is $3000 a month for the 3000 sq. ft. space (which may sound high, but is actually below average per square foot for Lubbock). The sale of the business is “turnkey,” meaning the new owner could be fully operational immediately if they chose to be. Equipment includes: vent hoods, 2 flattop grills, 2 fryers, multiple sandwich prep table refrigerators, a walk-in refrigerator, a walk-in freezer, and a grab-n-go cooler.

Why Is Dreamers Bistro For Sale?

According to the post, “Selling due to moving out of the country at the end of the year.” That makes sense, you certainly can’t take a whole business with you. A new owner could take over the business complete as-is, so restaurant goers could see little change. Or they could rebrand/ reimagine the concept.
