Josh Weathers: Brewster Street Ice House will host country artist Josh Weathers at 8 p.m. Cost: $20.25 to $35.25. Information: brewsterstreet.net.

Birdiest Festival in America: The ninth annual Birdiest Festival in America continues with plenty of bird-watching opportunities such as guided walks, workshops, presentations and trips. Time: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Registration: $40. Information: birdiestfestival.org.
Noche Latina: Spend your evening at Noche Latina, a premier cigar event featuring music, conversation, fellowship, food, drinks and fine cigars at 3700 Ocean Drive. The annual fundraiser is for West Side Helping Hand, a free after-school and summer program for youth living on Corpus Christi’s west side. Time: 7 to 10 p.m. Cost: $50. Tyrone Vaughan: House of Rock will host blues artist Tyrone Vaughan at 7 p.m. Cost: $19.65 to $105.15. Information: texashouseofrock.com.

“My Fairy Lady”: The Del Mar College Singer’s Theater will bring its original production, “My Fairy Lady,” onstage in the Wolfe Recital Hall at 101 Baldwin Blvd. The musical comedy is about a man given a life-altering wish by a fairy but finding out the perfect life is only one bad decision away. Shania Twang — Tribute to Shania Twain: Brewster Street Ice House will host cover artist Shania Twang at 8 p.m. Cost: $20.25 to $35.50. Information: brewsterstreet.net.

Guided Bird Walk with Audubon Outdoor Club: The Audubon Outdoor Club will host free, guided bird walks at Blucher Park for beginner to intermediate birders. Attendees can meet at the entrance of the park on Carrizo Street across from the Blucher house. The walk will last about an hour or two. Time: 8 a.m. Cost: Free. Information: 361-563-4356.
KEDT Kids Festival: KEDT will host its annual KEDT Kids Festival at 3205 S. Staples St. Attendees can meet Daniel Tiger and Arthur, while also enjoying fun, educational activities from more than 30 local organizations. Time: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost: Free. Information: kedt.org/kedt-kids-festival.
Water-Smart Plant Sale: The South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center will host its Water-Smart Plant Sale, a twist on the nonprofit’s usual Big Bloom Sale, at 8545 S. Staples St. The event will have an inventory of water-thrifty plants such as succulents, cacti and other xeriscape varieties. The event will also feature local vendors, butterfly and ladybug releases, animal presentations and food trucks. Time: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cost: $2 for non-members; free for members. Buc Days Stadium Show and Night Parade: Enjoy a panoramic view of the parade from seats in the stands at the Stadium Show at Buc Stadium at 1 Battlin Buc Blvd. The parade will continue down Leopard Street and end on Shoreline Boulevard. Time: Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and Stadium Show starts at 7 p.m. Cost: $11.30 to $16.95 for Stadium Show viewing. Information: bucdays.com.

“Tick, Tick… Boom!”: Fifth Wall Company, a local theater production, will present “Tick, Tick… Boom!” at Aurora Arts Theatre at 5635 Everhart Road. The musical tells the story of a composer and the sacrifices he made to achieve his big break in the world of theater. Proceeds from the show go toward the Peter Lopez Memorial Scholarship Fund.
