A Georgetown barbecue business will soon launch a food truck in Round Rock.
About the business
Locally owned by Ryan and Erica Chody, the Creasy’s BBQ truck will open in the Sunset on the ‘Rise Food Truck Park.
Named for a beloved dog, Ryan Chody said the food truck will offer authentic, slow-smoked BBQ cooked over a traditional offset smoker in a grand opening event 6-9 p.m. May 15, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. May 16, and a special breakfast taco menu 8 a.m.-12 p.m. May 17.
What’s on the menu
Creasy’s offers prime brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey breast, pork spare ribs and pulled ham as well as breakfast tacos. Customers can also order prepped meals from Creasy’s through the business’s website.
