The drink is called the CowboyRita, and it’s AT&T Stadium’s signature game-day cocktail. It’s sold frozen and by the glass at the stadium and is typically made with Hornitos Tequila.
Jones’ partaking in the CowboyRita post-NFL draft drew some attention on X, formerly Twitter. “Well deserved after tonight,” one X user said.
Jones and the Cowboys were celebrating Thursday night’s draft haul of Ohio State safety Caleb Downs and UCF edge rusher Malachi Lawrence, both of whom should contribute immediately on defense.
