EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department is looking for a shoe thief.
About 6:40 p.m. on April 12, an unknown suspect entered the WSS store at 615 N. Zaragoza in El Paso’s Lower Valley, Crime Stoppers said.
The suspect, pictured wearing a Nike dry-fit long-sleeve shirt, tried on a pair of Nike VaporMax shoes. He then exited the store wearing the new pair and left his old shoes behind, Crime Stoppers said. He left alongside two accompanying individuals.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, 17 to 21 years of age, medium build, bowl haircut, glasses, AirPods, black Nike dry-fit long-sleeve shirt, and gray sweatpants.
The first accompanying subject is also described as an Hispanic male, 17 to 21 years old, thin build, bowl haircut, wearing an Abercrombie and Fitch zip-up hooding, black pants and black Vans shoes with white outline.
The second accompanying subject is another Hispanic male, 17 to 21 years old, heavy build, bowl haircut, wore glasses, navy blue T-shirt, a silver chain and blue denim pants.
