MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas – Severe weather across the ArkLaTex Friday night into Saturday morning led to scattered reports of damage and large hail.
According to the National Weather Service, numerous trees were down along with damage to power lines in Paris, Texas.
In Winfield, near Mount Pleasant, a truck stop suffered structural damage.
In Mount Vernon, NWS reported “lots of hail, ranging from dime to quarter size.”
KTBS will continue to monitor damage from severe weather throughout the weekend.
