The multimillion dollar residence is part of the Chalk Hill project. A $650 million mixed-use development at 3031 N. Harwood St. that will include a hotel, office space and condos.
The penthouse will sit on the 29th floor of one of the project’s high-rises and have views of the Dallas skyline and Arts District. A previous news release said the residence will be like a glass pavilion in the sky.
The privately listed penthouse will include about 6,700 square feet and about 3,000 square feet of private outdoor space, according to a statement from Kaizen Development Partners and Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
The penthouse will include a private terrace and pool, according to the statement. Natural wood and stone materials will be used throughout the residence designed by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture. The home’s bedrooms and bathrooms will promote living in natural light.
Additionally, the home includes several wellness focused offerings like a full suite of spa, recovery and performance amenities. That includes technology like the red light powered Ammortal Chamber. The home also has fitness, yoga and golf simulator offerings.
The penthouse is being privately listed and is only available by appointment, according to the statement.
The $21 million penthouse has a higher price than any other publicly listed condo in Dallas. The penthouse is expected to completed in late 2029, according to the statement.
The penthouse will be the top floor of a 29-story tower that will also include 60 condos and a 214-room luxury hotel. The Dallas Edition hotel and The Residences at The Dallas Edition were announced as the structure’s brands in March. The development will be the Edition brand’s first Texas location.
The Chalk Hill development will also include another tower with 22-stories that will include 400,000 square feet of office space. Both buildings will house retail, food and beverage options.
The site of the development used to be occupied by the KERA public broadcasting facility, which was demolished in June 2025. KERA is building its headquarters adjacent to the towers.
The Chalk Hill site is in an area of Uptown close to Harry Hines Boulevard and with access to the Katy Trail.
