SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KWTX) – San Antonio police say Cecilia Mueller, 46, has been arrested and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child.
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by KENS 5, the victim — now 20 years old — recently made an outcry to police, saying he was sexually abused when he was a fifth-grade student during the 2016–2017 school year.
The victim told investigators Mueller singled him out to stay with her during lunch and that the sexual assaults happened frequently, the affidavit alleges.
The affidavit obtained by KENS alleges the assaults, at times, happened in front of Mueller’s young child. The victim told police that when he expressed concern, Mueller said the child was too young and “would not remember,” according to the affidavit.

The victim also told investigators Mueller had a group of “favorites” she kept behind and that she showed them a pornographic video and dared them to kiss each other, the affidavit states.
The victim also reported Mueller frequently texted him after school and phone records allegedly revealed she sent more than 300 messages and pictures to the victim, according to the affidavit.
Northside ISD officials confirmed to KENS 5 that Mueller taught at Lewis Elementary from 2007 to 2019. The district said she was moved in 2019 to Henderson Elementary, where she was most recently serving as a teacher. The district said Mueller has been placed on leave and that it is cooperating with the investigation.
