UTA spring 2026 commencement will be held May 3 at Globe Life Field. Three commencement ceremonies, each celebrating graduates from different colleges, will take place at 9 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
On Sunday, UTA’s spring 2026 graduates will walk across the stage at Globe Life Field.
Here’s what to know before going.
The College of Education, College of Nursing and Health Innovation, and School of Social Work will have their ceremony at 9 a.m. The College of Engineering and College of Science will walk at 2 p.m., according to the UTA website.
Lastly, the College of Architecture, Planning and Public Affairs, College of Business, College of Liberal Arts and Division of Student Success ceremonies will occur at 7 p.m. Each ceremony will take approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Students will need to print out their stage pass, or Grad Pass, which they should receive through email by the end of the day Wednesday. It is required to enter the venue, find their assigned seat and for the stage name reading, according to a university email. Graduating students will enter through the East Entrance and should arrive in their UTA regalia.
Graduating students will receive access to their guest tickets through email and will be able to share them through the MLB Ballpark App or My Rangers Tickets. Printed or screenshotted tickets will not be accepted. Guest seating is first come, first served general admission.
Parking is free for ticketed guests and opens 90 minutes before each ceremony begins. Guests can enter the venue an hour before the ceremony.
All bags must be soft-sided and not exceed 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches, according to the Globe Life Field website. Backpacks, including clear ones, are prohibited unless they are single-compartment drawstring bags that do not exceed the size requirement. Diaper bags that accompany infants or young children and medical bags are allowed. All bags may be subject to inspection before entry.
Official photography will be provided, and two individual photographs of each graduate will be taken as they cross the stage. Complimentary proofs will be mailed to graduates a week after the ceremony. Guests with personal cameras are asked to remain in their designated seat to take photos and video and are not allowed on the floor.
Live streaming will be available during the ceremony times.
