HOUSTON — P. Terry’s Burger Stand is working to open its first location inside Houston’s 610 Loop — just over a year after the popular Austin-based chain opened its first restaurant in the region.
The company said it is submitting for permit review to build a new drive-thru burger joint at 4815 Katy Freeway, on the corner of Durham Drive, north of the Washington Avenue corridor and south of the Heights.
Depending on timing, it could be the fifth P. Terry’s in Houston, with the sixth expected to open in the Clear Lake area in the first quarter of 2027.
P. Terry’s also has locations near Fulshear, near Tomball and on Champion Forest Drive, off the western Grand Parkway.
